We’re seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to join us.

In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to our assessment team
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
• Collaborate with leadership to develop clinical protocols and ensure high-quality services
• Oversee supervision, professional development, and quality assurance for clinicians and psychometrists
• Partner in strategic growth and program development
• Feedback & Reporting: Deliver clear, compassionate feedback sessions with actionable recommendations. Write thorough reports integrating test data, history, and collateral information.

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active Massachusetts Psychologist license
• 1+ years post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and supervision
• Experience with children, adolescents, and adults
• Strong clinical skills: test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

• Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 annually, based on experience
