We’re seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to join us.
In this role, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to our assessment team
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
- Collaborate with leadership to develop clinical protocols and ensure high-quality services
- Oversee supervision, professional development, and quality assurance for clinicians and psychometrists
- Partner in strategic growth and program development
- Feedback & Reporting: Deliver clear, compassionate feedback sessions with actionable recommendations. Write thorough reports integrating test data, history, and collateral information.

- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active Massachusetts Psychologist license
- 1+ years post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and supervision
- Experience with children, adolescents, and adults
- Strong clinical skills: test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 annually, based on experience
