- Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Complete necessary documentation according to company policy.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours per week for patient care.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently.
- Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
Additional Qualifications (not essential):
- Experience in mental health practice settings.
- Insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
