- Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

We will rely on your expertise to:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with clients with diverse problems or concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check and demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.
Additionally Valuable
Qualifications:
- Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health.
- Currently paneled or credentialed with insurance network.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency.
- Specialty area of practice.
