Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an LCSW to join a virtual outpatient team providing therapy to a steady caseload of adults. Your work will focus on practical, goal-oriented sessions, helping clients manage symptoms, navigate stressors, and build skills that support day-to-day functioning.

• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations via video.
• Provide ongoing, evidence-informed therapy to adult clients.
• Create and revise treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
• Respond to emerging concerns and risks with appropriate interventions.
• Document sessions and care coordination in a timely, organized manner.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New York State.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health.
• Experience providing care through telehealth platforms preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
