Requirements:
- Must hold a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Must obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA experience is required
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

Job Responsibilities:
As a successful BCBA, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans aimed at achieving lifelong success. With the support of amazing Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, you'll ensure that treatment plans are executed effectively. Providing support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers will be an integral part of your role, as you help them manage challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors using ABA principles.
Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, monitoring program effectiveness, and making necessary recommendations.
