Salary: $80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Must obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Previous ABA experience is required
  • Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

BCBA

Job Responsibilities:

As a successful BCBA, you will conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving lasting success. You will work collaboratively with dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. Guiding and supporting families and caregivers will be essential as you help them address challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors using ABA principles.

Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, monitoring program effectiveness, and making necessary recommendations.
