• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions in a hybrid format.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in psychology.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement.

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice psychology in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Passion for mental health advocacy and client-centered care.
