• Lead clinical content development for multiple large accounts within the Clinical Services department
• Develop and oversee key initiatives including on-boarding and innovation within the department
• Mediate and resolve escalated issues between internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the medical lead for brand planning, strategic development, and tactical plans for assigned accounts
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development

• BA/BS in life sciences or English with relevant experience in a pharmaceutical agency or healthcare advertising
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in medical communication, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
• Expertise in managed markets promotional content development
• Strong command of American Medical Association (AMA) style
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and scientific search engines

• Advanced degree in life sciences (Pharm

• Expertise in gathering and summarizing healthcare business and scientific literature for managed care audiences
• Knowledge of managed markets, healthcare delivery systems, and health reform legislation
