• Develop strategic, high-quality, and medically accurate content for medical communications across multiple therapeutic areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with client objectives
• Review project briefs, assign staff, and participate in kick-off meetings
• Ensure scientific accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines in all content
• Supervise and provide feedback to 1-2 medical writers and/or scientific associates

• BA/BS in life sciences or English with relevant experience in a pharmaceutical agency or medical communications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the medical communication, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare industry
• Proficiency in American Medical Association (AMA) style and tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Advanced degree in life sciences (Pharm

• Experience in gathering and evaluating healthcare business and scientific literature
• Knowledge of managed markets and healthcare delivery systems
• Ability to create engaging promotional content
• Previous managed care experience
