X and Low T Centers is seeking a part time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Missouri.
Must be licensed in Missouri with active DEA in Missouri as well! This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in Central Standard time zone.

X and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women 3 days a week with Friday required!

• The PA or NP provides telemedicine care remotely for hormone replacement therapy for men and women, 3 days a week with Friday required.
• Deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women via Telehealth.
• Maintain sound medical decision making abilities and establish quality patient relationships through Telehealth.

• Sound medical decision making abilities
• Current experience delivering Telehealth
• Ability to connect with patients via Telehealth and quality patient relationship skills
• Active Missouri FNP or PA license in good standing with Missouri being under your primary taxonomy NPI number
• No current or pending malpractice suits
• Current DEA License in Missouri
• Availability of Monday 8-5pm and Wednesday 8-5pm

Remote training for 7 days

Fully remote within Missouri, servicing Missouri patients via telehealth

This is a PART TIME position

$60 per hour
