Role Description

Providence Health Plan is calling a Care Management Clinical Support Coordinator who will:

Remote Work Location

Role Details
  • This posting is for multiple openings of a Care Management Clinical Support Coordinator
  • Work Week:
    Monday - Friday
  • Work Shift:

    Day
  • Work Schedule:

    8am - 5pm
  • This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor s Degree in Health related field or equivalent educ/experience. Applicable work experience may be substituted for some education.
  • Coursework/Training: Motivational Interview training; within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience: 3+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: CMA, CNA, Clinical Setting, Managed Care Setting, Care Management Setting
  • Licensure /

    Certifications:

    Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor s Degree in a Health related field of study or a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Experience: Experience in managed care services including Affordable Care Act, Coordinated Care Organizations, Medicare and Medicaid regulations and care or utilization management functions;
    Lean principles, stewardship, programs and partnerships development in challenging and dynamic healthcare environment.
