What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze and address complex issues using strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, to manage and manipulate data effectively
  • Submit credentialing reports accurately and in a timely manner, confirming provider information
  • Review and resolve claim denials related to credentialing and enrollment status
  • Liaise with payers to address issues and ensure accurate processing of claims
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma (equivalent required)
  • Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and judgment skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience in managing and analyzing data related to credentialing and claims
  • Knowledge of current rules and regulations governing Commercial and Government programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in healthcare credentialing or claims processing
  • Familiarity with managed care contract administration
  • Experience in liaising with payers and resolving payment variances
