The Role

This role is for 16 hours per week worked across weekdays. Redburn Clinic, located on the Belfast Road in Ballynahinch, caters for up to 20 residents requiring frail elderly care. You will design and facilitate group and one-to-one activities that promote well-being and engagement, keep records of resident participation, seek feedback to refine activities and provide a structured calendar of events to enhance daily experiences. Building strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues will be at the heart of your work, ensuring an inclusive and person-centred approach. You will encourage social interaction, creativity and physical activity, and support holistic well-being in a compassionate and engaging way.
