Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a dynamic Clinical Manager to lead our newly established outpatient program in Commerce City, CO. This opportunity involves guiding a dedicated team that provides individual, group and family therapy, recovery services, and case management to children and adults. As the program manager, you will oversee clinic operations, foster a positive team culture, and build strong partnerships across Adams County.

This position will work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and is eligible for a hybrid model that allows for a mix of remote and in-office work, with an expectation of being in the office two days per week and working from home three days. This schedule may be adjusted based on training, department, client, and community needs.
SalarySalary is based on 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on experience and company equity.
- Licensed Psychologist: $ - $ per year
- Licensed Therapist: $79,809.60 - $ per year
Employees who successfully pass a language assessment are eligible to receive bilingual differential pay. This differential is provided as a fixed amount of $3,000 per calendar year, paid on a bi‑weekly basis across 26 pay periods, and prorated based on hire date and full-time equivalency (FTE). Eligibility and payment are subject to the language requirements of the position and the employee’s demonstrated proficiency in the language.
EssentialFunctions
- Manager Accountabilities:
Lead employees, maintaining team focus and direction. Hire, provide performance feedback and coaching, and fire employees in accordance with organization guidance. Monitor work schedules and receive and approve requests for time off based on work volumes and staffing schedules. Communicate with external stakeholders related to team accountability. Cascade information from sr. leadership to lower levels in alignment with organization strategy and goals.
Design and implement effective group and intergroup work and communication expectations. Define and monitor group-level performance indicators. Diagnose and resolve problems within and among work groups. - Arrange appropriate training of staff to improve clinical skills, including providing clinical supervision to therapists, and other team members as appropriate.
- Work cooperatively with all staff to provide a comprehensive range of services and ensure the smooth transition of clients from one service to another, including handling referrals and assignment of cases to therapists.
- Handle complaints from clients and community agencies efficiently and satisfactorily.
- Develop new services to meet unmet or underserved needs in the community.
- Ensure that clinical and fiscal paperwork and online clinical records are correctly and promptly completed.
- Interact with community agencies to improve services to clients and enhance the organization's image as a competent provider of mental health services and a committed and caring member of the community.
- Advocate for the organization's services in the community and at the state level, as appropriate.
- Ensure that revenues to pay for services are documented and billable by the business office and that the funding source is known to the billing office.
- Understand and adhere to budget for program.
- Complete needed care coordination tasks for their assigned role.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in a license-eligible field.

Current Colorado licensure required:
