School-Based Outpatient Clinician - Nelson County Public Schools
This is a full-time, 10-month position that aligns with the Nelson County Public Schools academic year.
Life Bridge Counseling, based in Richmond with multiple locations across Virginia—including Nelson County Public Schools—has been dedicated to fostering healthier lives since 2015.

We offer outpatient therapy services tailored to individual needs, whether in person or via tele-health, through a wide array of clinical modalities and specializations. Partnering with True North Health Clinic and Intercept Health enhances our ability to provide comprehensive care, from Psychiatry to Crisis and Home-based services.
