• Lead, mentor, and develop the Clinical Research team, focusing on performance management and collaboration
• Partner with Regulatory, Product, and Marketing teams to align research priorities with business goals
• Develop a clear clinical research roadmap that supports product validation and market adoption
• Oversee the initiation and completion of clinical research studies to advance organizational goals
• Establish and optimize end-to-end research processes to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Clinical Sciences, Health/Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in a clinical research or scientific environment
• Strong track record of delivering clinical studies and publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Deep understanding of clinical research design, statistical interpretation, and data analysis
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with experience presenting at scientific conferences

• Medical or scientific writing expertise
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
