LMSW​/LCSW in MD​/VA​/WV Trauma & Mental HealthTherapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a LMSW/LCSW licensed in MD or VA to join our integrative team and provide compassionate care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise for various diagnosis that may present in our clients including anxiety, depression, bi-polar, PTSD, CPTSD just to name a few. In addition, the ideal candidate would be an intuitive individual being able to bridge the gap between of mental health treatment and spiritual alignment and growth.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations on individuals seeking therapy
• Offer trauma therapy and mental health treatment to adult individuals in a virtual setting
• Clinically discerning a mental health condition from a spiritual experience
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in Pivot's EHR
• Implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Collaborate with Pivot's integrative clinical and energy healers to ensure the best comprehensive care
• Provide coding for services rendered in compliance with regulations for billing
• Attend monthly team meetings

• Searching for an intuitive professional who is dedicated to the healing of their clients
• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for State of Virginia/Maryland
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
• Possess training in EMDR or EMI to provide trauma treatment (Pivot's will pay for EMI training)
• Familiarity with Therapy Notes EHR (Be willing to learn)
• Experience in PTSD, CPTSD, and the co-morbid conditions with each diagnosis
• Strong background in social work principles and practices
• Ability to see up to 25-30 clients per week
• LMSW will participate in weekly supervision
• Has worked in a virtual environment before or is comfortable with the setting
• Can work with autonomy but welcomes clinical feedback from Executive Director and cohorts
• A professional that is a team player, and be in a supportive environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
