Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry, is seeking a Medical Director to join their team. As a Medical Director, you will be part of the Clinical Operations Department supporting the development and oversight of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Provide medical oversight of clinical trials to ensure compliance with SOPs, client directives, good clinical practice, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend and present at investigator and sponsor meetings, offering medical consultation to clients, investigators, and project teams.
- Support business development activities through scientific and medical expertise.
- Review and analyze serious adverse events, marketed product reports, and other safety-related deliverables to ensure accurate and comprehensive medical content.
- Manage all medical aspects of contracted tasks across the pharmaceutical product life-cycle, ensuring safety and efficacy standards are maintained.
- MD board certification in Neurology or related specialty.
- Clinical experience in treating patients within the relevant specialty or comparable industry experience (1-2 years) in clinical trials or safety/pharmacovigilance.
- Strong knowledge of safety databases such as Medra and familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH, EMA, GCP).
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
