• Respond to patient inquiries regarding healthcare accounts receivables in a high-volume call center
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to service center inquiries via multiple communication channels
• Research and educate patients on outstanding bills and their status
• Initiate and resolve account receivable errors with billing teams
• Maintain strict confidentiality standards for patient information in compliance with regulations

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent;
  Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of Call Center experience
• At least one (1) year of billing experience (billing and coding)
• Six (6) months of remote work experience
• Ability to interpret insurance billing processes and technical skills in Microsoft Suite

• Experience in healthcare/medical office customer service
• Strong ability to remain calm and de-escalate callers when needed
• Familiarity with online payment methods and guiding patients through them
