• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and client-facing stakeholders

• Proven experience working with health insurance or health claims data
• Strong understanding of benefits terminology and claims concepts
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in handling large datasets
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in implementation, client onboarding, or technical consulting roles

• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation or review
• Experience in wellbeing, population health, or healthcare technology
• Prior experience collaborating with third-party insurers or TPAs
