• Must have a valid New Jersey Home Health Aide license.
• Certified Home Health Aide must be detail-oriented and able to carefully follow protocols and rules regarding the patient’s care. Must adhere to instructions from doctors and nurses.
• Trustworthy and dependable so the patient and their family feel comfortable relying on them.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.

• At least 1 year experience as a caregiver/Certified Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
• Must be NJ licensed as Certified Home Health Aide.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with booster.
• 2-step PPD; physical within the last 12 months.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.

• Assist patients with vital signs and medication administration under a nurse’s direction; record and report data as medically necessary.
• Help with activities of daily living, such as dressing and bathing.
• Assist with planning doctor appointments, meetings, and transportation as needed.
• Work in facilities, or with hourly or live-in arrangements.
• Light housekeeping (dusting, mopping, laundry, etc.).
• Prepping and cooking meals; grocery shopping.
• Report patient health status to nurses; teach self-care skills to patients.

• Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem salary: $17-20 per hour (depending on experience and case).
• Extra pay on weekends.
• Full PPE provided; flexible scheduling; cases start at 4 hours and go up from there.
