Manchester - OT - Early Intervention

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist (Adults) to join the Early Intervention OT Team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a short-term intervention pilot service, supporting adults at the earliest point to prevent, reduce, or delay the need for adult social care.

35 per hour (Umbrella)

As an Early Intervention OT, you will:

• Provide person-centred, timely support that promotes independence, safety, and wellbeing in people's own homes

• Undertake holistic assessments to determine needs, recommending equipment, adaptations, or technology-enabled solutions only where necessary

• Support reablement pathways and help citizens build community connections for long-term resilience

• Minimise reliance on long-term social care through adaptive techniques and functional interventions

You will work closely within the Principal Occupational Therapy Team and report to the Early Intervention OT Team Manager.

• Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC

• Good understanding of function, adaptive techniques, reablement, equipment, adaptations, and technology-enabled care

• Car driver essential (city-wide role)

• Office presence required between community visits; flexible home working supported

• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 - 16:30)

• DBS check processed and paid for by Eden Brown Synergy
