Patient Access Representative - Remote; Live in WA

• Obtain prior authorization for services and process items in work queues for registration completion
• Collect co-pays and cost shares for services, including daily cash reconciliation
• Communicate with patients regarding billing questions and provide fee estimates for services

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
• Experience with patient access and registration duties
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization processes
• Proficiency in handling cash collection and financial transactions

• Familiarity with EPIC Practice Management system
• Experience in a healthcare setting related to patient financial services
