Seattle office (Eastlake Ave
E.); hybrid (home/office); various sites across King County — we meet clients where they’re most comfortable (home, school, coffee shop, etc.)
Schedule:
Flexible hours, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $40–$50/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll DoAs a Clinician at redpoint, you’ll work one‑on‑one with clients at our office, in their homes, communities, or via Telehealth. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team helping clients achieve goals related to:
- Mental and behavioral health
- Relationships and communication
- Self‑expression and identity
- Vocational and educational success
- Life skills and independence
- Providing coaching tailored to each client’s goals
- Supporting clients with advocacy, legal and financial matters, benefits navigation, and personal development
- Coordinating care with other providers (e.g., psychiatrists, therapists, community resources)
- Facilitating family meetings and managing related communications
- Maintaining accurate documentation and handling confidential information with care
- Licensed professional in social services or a related field (LICSW, LMHC, LMHP, LMFT)
- 5+ years of full‑time experience in a healthcare or social services setting
- Strong knowledge of community resources, including state and federal benefits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid WA State Driver’s License
- Experience working with young adults and adults (preferred)
