We are seeking a compassionate and motivated support assistant to work with a friendly young man three days a week, helping him stay active, independent, and socially engaged at home and in the community. This is a varied and meaningful position where you’ll support him with daily activities, appointments, errands, and leisure outings. Whether it’s a trip to the shop, some time outdoors, or keeping things running smoothly at home, your input will make a genuine difference.

- Prior care experience is useful, but not essential – full support provided
