Location: St. Louis

Autism Support Now (ASN) provides in-clinic interactive and individualized services to children diagnosed with Autism between the ages of 18 months to 14 years. Activities, designed and led by our staff, are meant to be fun and creative, while fostering learning, skills, and social development. ASN focuses on creating a platform for success for its teammates and clients by prioritizing training and professional development, and caring for their employees.

Promotions from within the organization are common and ASN will work with each teammate to advance their personal and professional development.

The BCaBAs are responsible for overseeing client’s behavior analytic services, collaborating with supervising BCBAs, coordinating with other team members, especially Registered Behavior Technicians and providing parent training and support.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, located in St. Louis, MO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising behavior technicians. The BCBA will also provide parent training and education, monitor client progress, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Expertise in Behavior Management and the ability to address challenging behaviors effectively.
  • Experience in Parent Education and Psychology to support and guide families.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
  • BCBA certification is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is an asset.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
