EMR Systems Analyst - Eastern US remote

• Provide level one EMR ticket triage and execution, escalating issues when necessary
• Troubleshoot issues reported by end users through ticketing system
• Monitor escalated tickets for resolution to enhance expertise
• Coordinate onboarding of new services and locations with Business Analysts and Director
• Document and log all system changes while completing required trainings

• Associate's degree in business, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience with software support and implementation
• At least two years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Must have healthcare EMR experience (e.g., Carelogic or Epic)
• Experience with Carelogic and Methasoft is helpful

• Additional experience in healthcare EMR systems
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
