• Oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and data quality
• Conduct site visits including pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Manage site start-up procedures and assist with budget negotiations
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and project management teams regarding study issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experience; at least 1 year in oncology
• Global clinical trial experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written

• Solid experience in clinical research or related fields
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote work environment
