• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and patients, addressing medical inquiries through Global Medical Information
• Manage inbound and outbound communications, utilizing approved scripts and clinical resources
• Triage inquiries and escalate those requiring urgent attention to the Medical Information Manager
• Document all communications and adverse events in compliance with established procedures
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams on resource development and training initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical information or clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and awareness of Medical Information regulations
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
• 1+ years of experience in medical writing
• Understanding of metrics related to customer service efficiency and satisfaction
• Previous experience in a PH coordinator role
