• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing unsolicited medical inquiries via phone and email
• Manage and document inquiries, ensuring compliance with established procedures and escalate urgent questions as necessary
• Recognize and report adverse events or product quality complaints to the appropriate department
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs colleagues on resource development and training programs
• Participate in the creation and review of medical information materials to support healthcare provider inquiries

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• 5+ years of customer-facing pharmaceutical industry experience, including medical information or clinical experience
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and awareness of regulations related to Medical Information
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
• 1+ years of medical writing experience
• Understanding of efficiency metrics related to customer inquiries
• Clinical experience in pulmonary hypertension and/or related conditions
