• Conduct surveys and investigations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Gather data through interviews, observations, and record reviews
• Compile reports of findings and recommendations for corrective actions
• Provide consultation and technical assistance to facility personnel
• Assist in training and mentoring new surveyors

• Must be registered as a Medical Technologist
• Minimum education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree, or an Associate's degree with three years of experience
• At least one year of recent experience in a clinical laboratory role
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Georgia
• Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation with attention to detail

• Experience as a Generalist with MT (ASCP) certification
• Experience in conducting assessments based on regulations and accreditation standards
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Critical thinking skills assessed during the interview process
