Successful candidates will manage 50-70 inbound calls daily, providing empathetic service and guidance on Medicaid benefits. A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience in a health insurance call center are required. The pay range is $21.00 - $22.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).
