What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to the Transplant Liaison Team
• Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow for team operations
• Lead internal and external meetings with DVA and Non-DVA partners
• Conduct formal and ad hoc training on processes for the team
• Manage teammate employment activities, including hiring and performance evaluations

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

• Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with wage and hour laws, federal, state, and local regulations
• Experience in developing and fostering a positive work environment
• Skills in mentoring and coaching team members for professional development
