This is a contract position for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, offering a hybrid work arrangement in Addison, TX, with the flexibility for some work-from-home days or solely remote. The therapist will provide individual, group, or family counseling services, conduct assessments, develop client-focused treatment plans, and maintain client records. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other professionals, staying updated on best practices in mental health care, and providing compassionate support to clients seeking emotional wellness.

• Strong clinical skills in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuing education in the mental health field.
• Experience working with diverse populations is a strong asset.
