• Provide second-level support for work queues and denials, including the authority to approve or deny claims
• Conduct quality reviews of data and manage workflow to enhance departmental efficiencies
• Serve as a resource for staff by resolving concerns and training new hires through onboarding checklists
• Generate reports, conduct audits, and manage vendor payor activities
• Identify trends and investigate discrepancies, providing resolutions as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, revenue services, patient access, or a related field
• Must be available for scheduled work shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

• Experience with healthcare billing and coding processes
• Familiarity with audit activities and report generation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
