• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing unsolicited medical inquiries through Global Medical Information
• Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, ensuring accurate and compliant responses
• Recognize and report adverse events and product complaints, documenting all relevant information
• Collaborate with Medical Information Managers and other colleagues on various projects and resource developments
• Participate in training programs and develop resources to support healthcare provider inquiries

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and current Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including medical information or clinical experience
• Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and relevant regulations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work successfully under pressure

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
• 1+ years of medical writing experience
• Familiarity with performance metrics related to customer service efficiency
• Clinical experience in pulmonary hypertension or related fields
