What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct programmatic and financial data collection for agency-funded behavioral health programs
  • Provide technical assistance to recipients on programmatic requirements related to behavioral health projects
  • Participate in on-site and desk monitoring efforts to assess recipient performance and compliance
  • Support program specialists in organizing program-related events such as webinars and orientations
  • Develop and maintain grantee profiles and assist with scheduling for grantee meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in mental health programming
  • Bachelor’s degree in a social or health science field required
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
  • Experience in grant administration
  • Credentials in mental/behavioral health or program management experience
  • Experience working with immigrants, refugees, or underserved populations with limited English proficiency
  • First-person knowledge of the lived experiences of immigrant or refugee communities
