Clinical Director

MLCV Wellness is dedicated to promoting Sobriety and Recovery from substance use disorder (SUD) and addiction through the integration of fitness and mental health. Our mission is to provide a pathway for individuals to bridge SUD recovery with physical and mental wellness, helping them rediscover purpose and fulfillment in life. We are passionate about empowering our community to achieve long-term recovery and improved quality of life through holistic approaches to health and well-being.

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Minneapolis, MN, with opportunities for remote work. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee and manage clinical services, focusing on comprehensive care for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. Key responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, developing treatment plans, supporting behavioral health interventions, collaborating with mental health professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to program development, staff training, and client advocacy efforts.

• Expertise in Medicine and Clinical Supervision
• Strong foundation in Mental Health, Psychology, and Behavioral Health
• In-depth understanding of substance use disorders and recovery processes
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support a clinical team
• Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field such as Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, or Social Work
• Licensure or certification in a relevant clinical discipline (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
• Compassionate, professional, and committed to fostering a supportive environment for clients and staff
