What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary contact for large Oncology group practices and integrated delivery networks
  • Build and maintain trust with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers through effective communication and collaboration
  • Utilize internal data and analytics to understand account performance and identify engagement opportunities
  • Establish strategic approaches to accounts in alignment with marketing guidance to enhance patient health outcomes
  • Lead efforts to maximize appropriate product utilization and improve customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in professional sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry, including sales and account management
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Local market relationships and customer knowledge in Oncology
  • Current account management experience in large Oncology group practices and integrated delivery networks
