• Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet CRM sales and customer service objectives
• Successfully complete CRM Field Technical Training and support medical device system implants
• Manage patient registration and hospital documentation, and assist with inventory management
• Train and educate physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and support sales objectives

• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company; or
• Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company; or
• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements

• Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
• Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications, such as
• Ability to coordinate and participate in multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
