• Monitor, assess, and report on provider, payor, and legislative trends affecting reimbursement
• Provide support to external customers regarding reimbursement questions about products
• Develop and implement reimbursement materials and programs for customers
• Assist customers in obtaining authorization and writing appeals
• Update internal staff on changes in payor policies impacting customer access to products

• 5+ years of experience in medical device reimbursement, market access, or healthcare policy
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
• Strong understanding of private, federal, and state healthcare coverage
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a large organization
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills

• Prior experience with orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) facilities or physician practices
• Ability to review medical records for compliance with payer coverage requirements
• Experience in developing reimbursement training for customers
• Familiarity with reimbursement issues related to government contractors
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
