Position Overview: We’re hiring BCBAs who are also licensed as LBAs in Maryland to join our West Baltimore team. This hybrid role offers schedule flexibility, excellent compensation, and strong back-office support to help you thrive in your role.

Must hold BOTH a current BCBA and Maryland LBA license

• ABA experience (in-home or hybrid) preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and time management skills
• Passion for serving diverse communities with high-quality care
• Experience completing behavior analytic assessments for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Experience utilizing assessment results to create individualized treatment plans to effectively reduce challenging behavior and/or teach new skills
• Knowledge of CPT® codes relevant to the provision of applied behavior analysis services
