Overview

5 Sessions per week worked over Monday, Wednesday Morning and Thursday.

We are an established, forward thinking and innovative GP Practice located in the Cambridgeshire Fens seeking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated GP to join our friendly team.

We have a pragmatic approach to our work and are consistently striving to improve patient care whilst ensuring we provide a supportive and sustainable environment for all our staff.

• 7 weeks’ annual leave (plus one week of study leave) – pro rata

We offer a diverse and experienced clinical workforce:

• 3 GP Partners, 7 Salaried GPs, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 6 Practice Nurses, 4 Healthcare Assistants

You’ll be supported by a highly organised, multi-disciplinary team and robust systems:

• On-site pharmacist and trainee pharmacy technician
• First contact physiotherapist
• Social prescriber
• Care-coordinating reception team

• Low home visit numbers
• 15-minute appointment slots
• Half-day duty/triage sessions
• Robust system of admin cover for leave
• Mid-morning break in surgery for a drink and/or car park walk
• Part-dispensing practice
• Nurse-led chronic disease management clinics
• Laptop provided for remote working
