• Serve as subject matter expert in completing RFP questions and presentations related to implementation
• Assess complexity of benefit plan implementations and lead an implementation team to design plans and prioritize timelines
• Manage large account implementations, prioritizing customer deliverables in urgent situations
• Consult with operational management to develop turnaround time and quality standards for implementations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing/Advertising, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Active Tennessee Insurance Producer License, or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated expertise in brokerage, consulting, or benefits management
• Proven ability to manage broker relationships through needs assessment and negotiation
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
