Virtual Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a part-time Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA clinical team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. The position is part-time, with both day and night shifts available as well as Saturdays. We service clients from ages 3-24. We are a family and faith first clinic and believe that all clients have the right to a happy and meaningful life.
We focus on transition and job skills from an early age. We also focus on independent living, and evidence based social skills PEERS program from an early age.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client treatment programs, from assessment through discharge, while providing mentorship to our dedicated therapy staff.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments (e.g., Vineland, FBA, VBMAPP, ABLLS-R), Vineland and interpret results.) Training will be offered.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or BCaBAs, ensuring treatment fidelity.
- Provide parent/caregiver training and consultation to promote generalization of skills across environments.
- Collect, analyze, and graph data to make timely, data-based decisions regarding treatment efficacy.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress reports, session notes, and treatment plan updates, in compliance with ethical and funding requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., teachers, OTs, SLPs) and external professionals.
- Current licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
