What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Independently resolve a broad range of member inquiries related to benefits, fertility programs, and payment workflows
  • Clearly explain benefits design, eligibility, and coverage to members while ensuring compliance with plan rules
  • Manage end-to-end reimbursement and payment workflows, including documentation review and discrepancy identification
  • Prioritize and triage member inquiries based on urgency and impact, applying sound judgment in case resolution
  • Contribute to internal documentation and identify improvement opportunities based on member feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience in a member-facing or customer support role within healthcare, insurance, or financial services
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-step workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and manage ambiguity within defined guidelines
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in benefits navigation, claims, or reimbursement workflows
  • Background in healthcare, fertility benefits, or financial operations
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Slack tools
  • Demonstrated informal leadership or mentorship experience
  • Verbal and written fluency in Spanish
