- Independently resolve a broad range of member inquiries related to benefits, fertility programs, and payment workflows
- Clearly explain benefits design, eligibility, and coverage to members while ensuring compliance with plan rules
- Manage end-to-end reimbursement and payment workflows, including documentation review and discrepancy identification
- Prioritize and triage member inquiries based on urgency and impact, applying sound judgment in case resolution
- Contribute to internal documentation and identify improvement opportunities based on member feedback
- 2+ years of experience in a member-facing or customer support role within healthcare, insurance, or financial services
- Ability to manage complex, multi-step workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity
- Proven ability to prioritize work and manage ambiguity within defined guidelines
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
- Experience in benefits navigation, claims, or reimbursement workflows
- Background in healthcare, fertility benefits, or financial operations
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Slack tools
- Demonstrated informal leadership or mentorship experience
- Verbal and written fluency in Spanish
