Position: Mental Health Therapist Master's level (Clinician III)

Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is looking for a clinician to join our team of innovators who explore and develop new approaches and implement novel strategies. Our teams provide individualized, creative, and flexible services infused with evidence‑based and evidence‑informed strategies.

We are a values‑driven organization providing family‑oriented behavioral health care for children, youth, and families, primarily in their own homes and communities. Our enthusiastic clinical teams help children and youth remain safely in their families, restoring hope, providing intensive mental health services, and strengthening family unity. We operate in multiple sites across Washington and Oregon, employing nearly 800 compassionate staff.

What We Offer
  • Starting Salary Range: $86,611.20 – $96,345.60
  • Collaborative Supervision
  • First Responder pay: $1,800.00 per year
  • Performance pay: up to $8,000.00 per year
  • Clinical supervision of licensing
  • Licensure pay: $250.00 per pay period (twice a month)
  • Bi‑lingual fluency stipend: $100–200 per pay period (twice a month) for service provision in Spanish, English, or other languages as needed.
  • Extensive training in multiple clinical approaches and additional areas
  • Daily and weekly supervision and support with your Clinical Supervisor
  • 12 paid holidays and 1 personal holiday each year
  • 3 weeks vacation per year
  • 12 sick days per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide family‑oriented, strength‑based mental health services for children and families in their homes and communities.
  • Work a flexible schedule, participating in an on‑call rotation with other clinicians and clinical care coordinators.
  • Collaborate with families, community services, and supports to achieve long‑term safety and stability.
  • Serve as a catalyst for change, offering innovative approaches and challenging traditional service models.
  • Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of youth and families served.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent accredited degree.
  • Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles preferred.
  • Passion for helping families stay together.
  • Strong strengths‑based approach, appreciating unique qualities and assets of all involved.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and effectiveness in multicultural settings.
  • Energetic, innovative style with ability to engage children, youth, and family members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to assess safety in community and family homes.
  • Flexible schedule preferred over a traditional 8‑5 Monday‑Friday facility‐based position.
  • Participation in on‑call rotation as required.
  • Successful background clearance required prior to employment.
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation with acceptable driving record.
