Watkins, Colorado — Our agency is partnering with a growing, well-established compounding pharmacy to identify a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for their specialized 503A CBD-focused pharmacy in Watkins, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist seeking a part-time leadership role within a collaborative, mission-driven organization. The pharmacy operates with a small, close-knit team and focuses exclusively on tincture-based prescriptions
, creating a streamlined and highly specialized practice environment.

• 24 hours per week onsite in Watkins, CO
• 16 hours per week on-call, supporting pharmacist presence requirements for additional states

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with Colorado Board of Pharmacy regulations and applicable multi-state requirements
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, compounding standards, and quality control
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff
• Ensure accurate preparation, dispensing, and documentation of tincture-based compounds
• Maintain SOPs, policies, and regulatory documentation
• Act as pharmacist of record for additional states as required
• Partner with ownership and leadership on operational best practices
