• Perform billing data entry and ensure accuracy by comparing data with source documents
• Research and resolve missing or incorrect billing information and verify insurance details
• Complete daily and weekly billing activities in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients and patients via phone to address billing discrepancies
• Meet performance goals in a fast-paced production environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of previous working experience required
• Specific experience in medical billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Claims/Insurance preferred
• Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry (10 key skills) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
