Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Natural Environment team in the Raleigh-Durham area.
This is not a virtual or telehealth position. Therapists must be located in the Raleigh-Durham area and able to provide in-person services in community-based settings. This role is designed for pediatric speech therapists who enjoy working directly with children and families in their everyday environments and value flexibility, autonomy, and relationship-based care.

Founded in 2010, All About Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice providing occupational and speech therapy services to children from birth through age 17. We serve a wide range of diagnoses and abilities and place a strong emphasis on collaboration with families and interdisciplinary partners to help each child reach their fullest potential.

Our Natural Environment therapists deliver services in homes, daycares, preschools, and community settings, supporting functional communication skills where children live, learn, and play.

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child's communication, language, feeding, and social development needs
• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate
• Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child's care team
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with kids
• Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child's natural environment
• Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills
• Clear, professional communication with families and care teams

• One (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home-based, or community-based pediatric settings
• Experience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays
• Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements
• Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows

• Therapist-led practice with experienced clinical leadership
